It has its own sound and you can feed alot of different sounds into it but overall youre going to hear a similar set of sounds, it integrates its character into your wet signal more than other pedals.

This pedal Is a cool sample platter of more obscure effects. while theres 8 knobs with secondary functions, each one changes the sound less than youd think, some of the knob ranges are unusable for triggering the effects, ex: If im on mosaic mode, activity and repeats have to be at least halfway, with time having to be at 1x as well, or almost no sound comes out of the pedal other than my dry signal. Youll be able to 'slice, stretch, rearrange and manipulate on the fly, and save 16 sets of loops and settings. Its a looper and granular effects pedal that lets you slice and dice your sound on the fly, without resorting to DAW backup. A lovely pedal that can create beautiful textures and other brilliant sounds.

Im guessing anyone who has 500 to 600 dollars to buy this also has a reverb pedal. Hologram Electronics has revealed its latest, typically radical effects unit, the Microcosm stompbox. Were taking a good look at the Hologram Infinite Jets. your dry signal does not affect the reverb. When you turn the reverb up everything really starts to blend together, it sounds nice but all the modes become slightly different flavors of a wash. Search for Infinite Jets Resynthesizer in Forum. I hate screens on pedals but this is one pedal Id actually rather had a text readout.

I had to read the manual for an hour to get a basic overview, It was hard to remember what each program and variation did. the looper is a nice addition and has fun controls for manipulating time It makes a few sounds that are impossible to make with other guitar pedals, you essentially need a modular synth to make these. I thought this pedal was really unique, but at the same time It seemed hard to coax out the sounds that I wanted from it, heres my pros and cons,
